A few weeks ago when you started all of this, for lack of a better term, pump and dump some of us here were 'cautious', especially about what China would do.. You on the other hand was 100% sure China was onboard the bitcoin train... Well, they're not..

If people can't find jobs in the real economy why shouldn't they prosper in the bitcoin economy? All this talk about how speculation harms economies is unfounded nonsense.

Speculation is a reaction to prices, it doesn't drive them. All speculation does is provide liquidity so investors can get their money in and out of a market fast. Instead of being stuck finding buyers for a bunch of physical cows (for example) on craigslist you just buy or sell an asset that represents them.

That's helpful, not harmful. You're a farmer aren't you? What do you do with whatever you produce?
