Women make less money, are subject to insane levels of violence, sexual or otherwise, and have to be constantly vigilant about their reproductive "rights."
That said... I don't know how exactly the system can be tweaked anymore. Nobody defends the glass ceiling, and most companies have gender equality policies, as do most governments. Interpersonal violence can only be dealt with by anti-bullying and education initiatives, which are extremely common and increasingly well-funded. Laws protecting women from abusive men are about as stringent as they can be. And most right-thinking men are fully on board with female reproductive rights.
Compare that with the massive systematic barriers that face men in the legal system. We are more likely to be convicted, and be sentenced more harshly. In custody cases, we face massive discrimination, as 9/10 custody cases are found in favour of the woman. We are expected to pay child support, which is fine, but we are also expected to pay alimony, which is not fine. The list goes on and on.
It isn't a matter of who is treated most unfairly, it is a matter of whose issues are being dealt with. Womens issues are being dealt with, mens are not. In some cases, the fixes implemented actually harm men. So if the goal is gender equality, I don't see how feminists can continue to ignore mens issues and focus exclusively on female issues.
