If the presence of a fetus indicates shared responsibility, then you must oppose abortion to remain logically consistent. Your position sounds incredibly narcissistic and destructive, but even more importantly, it's hypocritical. One can just as easily say that a woman knows the risk of there not being a father figure or second source of income if she has sex, so the responsibility rests on her shoulder.

Au contraire, Emerald, your position is why feminism plainly sucks and why more and more people are identifying as either masculinist or gender egalitarians.

Most people - including in this forum - are tragically ignorant about how much violence is committed by women against men. Nearly as many men are sexually assaulted by women as women are by men, but it's underreported for obvious reasons. And rape is not exclusively about female victims. Not only are more men raped than women, but male rape victims are viewed as sources of comedy, especially when the rapist is a woman. Nearly 1/20 men are raped by a female in their life, so I'm willing to bet you know a few male victims, too.
