You just renounced claim to having a say in that decision, and now you are using it as the basis for not paying for your own child. "The abortion is her decision, not mine!" Well, yeah, it's her body. But that child is not her body. Her choices are irrelevant once that child is born. As are yours.

If women couldn't rely on Uncle Sam twisting the arm out of every poor fellow who had a one-night stand turn into am embryo, the opportunity cost would drastically change and more women would opt for the wiser choice of abortion or giving up for adoption in those circumstances. The presence of a child doesn't justify extortion.

Are you being serious? The thing about unexpected babies is that they are unexpected. We aren't the f**k borg. Just because Mom is irrational doesn't mean Dad doesn't owe the baby boy a shit ton of money, care, or both.

Once the child is born, it is your child, and at least partly your responsibility. End of f**k story. Period. Full stop.
