Total bullshit. You have no say over what a woman does with her own body. You have no say over that fetus. That is imminently fair because the woman f**k carries it. The only way to deny this conclusion is to deny the fairness of the womans right to choose, and I haven't seen a single reason given for why that is unfair that doesn't revolve around the fact that penises can't eject babies.
