Condoms are very reliable and safe , especially when used with properly with spermicidal jelly - so gentlemen, if you insist on using both when having sex, then you greatly reduce your chances of becoming a father.
Until the day scientists have developed an oral contraceptive that stop men producing sperm temporarily, condoms are the only choice you have at the moment, if you hope to become a parent some time in the future.
That simple fact is nothing to do with inequality laws but with nature - and there is no way of legally overcoming it.
