In regards to the pill/condom debate, both are incredibly effective if used correctly. According to the NHS the pill is over 99% effective when taken correctly and I'm sure the effectiveness of the condom will be similar. That being said if you're worried about the prospect of getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant then both parties should make sure that they are protected against it. You can't simply rely on the other person to take the pill correctly or put a condom on correctly, because lets be honest some people are just stupid.

What does birth control have to do with parenting? If the law changed, then a man would not be responsible for a child he didn't want, just like a woman has the choice to not be responsible for a child she doesn't want. Equality! Oh noes!
