Your post has another glaring red flag.
To remain logically consistent - although I'm sure you will sidestep this with a portrayal of semen and cervixes - men should also be forced to cover half of all abortion costs.
You remarked: Both men and women share an equal responsibility for anything with both sets of DNA that is resultant from their decision to get it on.
Thus your deplorable position would then be that a pro-life man should be forced to contribute for an abortion that the woman desires. You did, after all, remark "ANYTHING [that has to do] with both sets of DNA."
Effectively men contributed to half of the genetic code and thus are responsible for covering half of the abortion bill by law under your assumed rational? If the child is the subject of your thesis, then it doesn't matter if the mother aborts or conceives, the father should always be 50% in the game. This entire premise falls apart when you start to realize that child care - outside of marriage or civil unions - is entirely motivated by social engineering. It's meant to dissuade women from abortion by using the threat of prison to coerce men into paying for children they would otherwise not support. It's draconian and conservative, but oddly enough feminists support it. You can't be a proponent of pro-choice legislation if you don't recognize this.
Unless you're actually going to argue men should then be forced to pay for abortions they disagree with, your position is hypocritical in addition to being illogical and unfair.
And I once again point out you support the ONLY remaining vestige of debtor's prison in the United States. Congratulations. Feminism is so very liberating, aye?
