It's alright though, I've already decided to HIE EAST. Sad to say but America is finished here. The dumb and the lazy have corrupted much of the state and those of us in the PRODUCTIVE classes get RAPED by income taxes, while the poor leech off welfare and the truly wealthy just ride the capital gains wave.

China is the new America. If you are bright, hard working and ambitious, there is a FORTUNE to be made there. America...shit it's pretty much France, everyone trying to grab as much as they can from the productive classes with no shame at all. Pretty f**k pathetic that you f**k losers are afraid to COMPETE. That's the most un-American shit I have ever heard.

We don't want to compete with China, because they can and always will be able to manufacture consumer goods better than us. Again, the days of manufacturing are gone. Their comparative advantage is cheap labours - ours is smart labour and capital.

That said, Saz is talking out of his ass, as per usual. Lack of skills isn't the problem, it is the truly insane amount of money being hoarded by the superrich and their companies, instead of invested in new businesses.

It is also primarily about wealth inequality - the more money that gets driven to the bottom, the better everybody does. This is best handled by either taxing the shit out of all income above a certain amount, as suggested by Non, or establishing a maximum ratio, preventing inequality from reaching anymore than 65:1, rather than the 300-400:1 we are experiencing now.
