Haha, no they don't. Anglicans and Catholics don't allow anyone with "deep-seated homosexual tendencies" to be ordained. Some Protestant churches do, some don't. Those are the facts.

The fact that you can't talk about it to other priests, the congregation or the church hierachy, while heterosexuals struggling with celibacy can. Also that many congregants disagree with you being a priest even if you are celibate. That there are separate and distinct rules for homosexuals. That congregations representing hundreds of thousands of people abandoned the larger Anglican organization over the issue.

but you said gays can't be priests. i said they can, and so you responded with the rules that allow them to be priests. can they, or can they not, be priests? because everything you've said indicates they can be. i don't care about their special rules, they're immaterial to what you said and what i responded to.
