Of course he's never get even nominated because he won't appeal to the droolers and the shit-throwers and the religious fundies.

But again, in a GENERAL election, he'd probably be a contender. It's the primaries that he'll never get through (like last time). There lies the pickle.

She argues the traffic shutdown has nothing to do with the mayor not endorsing Christie as numerous other Dems in NJ did not do so.

on August 12th Christie had a presser and a rant against the NJ Senate Dems because they were going to skewer his re-nomination of a GOP judge to the NJ Supreme Court, the wife of one of his good friends. He decided not to submit her for the position, calling the Dems "animals" and "dogs."

The next morning the traffic shutdown order was given.

That city is home district to the Senate Majority Leader and the one who basically in charge of making the nomination process brutal (Maddow explains why this process became so partisan).


If this is true, that means there's also a coverup going on. lol

I saw that too and that makes a lot more sense because for the life of me I couldn't understand why the governor would exact revenge on... a mayor.

You know, the more this goes on the more I think: really? Christie had absolutely no idea about any of this? His staff just went rogue and acted without his consent? I'm finding that hard to believe now.
