Biometrics can only be broken by securing a 2400 DPI resolution photograph of a perfect fingerprint and even then the advanced stuff uses temperature to distinguish photos from fingers. Another possibility is voice recognition or a passcode... Which would be used in tamdem. I feel as if you are arguing technicalities and will never budge due to ideology.
As for the police... No doubt they could do no knock warrants for other reasons. I don't deny it. But I urge you to come to Canada and see how little tactical teams are used or violence is employed. I can assure you it isn't because they are better people. It is because there is less need.

i personally am a fan of the dredd guns. i think that would solve a lot of issues.
