It suppose to be very cold here on the East Coast for the next 7-8 days.. Where I am even during the day it's not going to go over freezing, and at night it's going to be 10 above to 10 below.. BUT word is, or maybe it's just wishful thinking, the very cold weather is suppose to break by next Saturday, just in time for the SB..

Currently expcted to be 35, 25 with wind chill, 30% chance of snow.

I'm down.

Next week on most days during the day it may not hit 20, and single digits with the wind chill.. So oh yeah, the NFL will take 35 degrees..

I'm not so sure that Lynch will be the game changer many think. The Saints found a way to contain him pretty well. Of course, that left Wilson open to run. But, It wasn't the Seattle offense that won anything. It was their defense.

Frankly, I think my strategy for watching the game will be:

- Seattle kicks off to Denver (I'm in my chair, watching TV)
- Denver on O, Seattle on D (I'm watching)
- Seattle prevents Denver from crossing the 50, and Denver punts (I ask if anyone wants anything from the kitchen)
- Seattle on O, Denver on D (I'm in the kitchen eating raw and grilled oysters)
- (hears from kitchen) Seattle kicks field goal and kicks off to Denver (comes back to seat)
- Denver on O, Seattle on D (watches the game)

Rinse and repeat.
