And, Win, just make an llc the general partner. Bam. Full limited liability. Easy as pie.

I can't find a link because you haven't given a number lol.

I can show you that corporate crime and negligence costs hundreds of billions a year, which I find highly unlikely to be dwarfed by efficiency losses under this proposal. You are the one arguing that it would be some sort of economic disaster, so the onus is on you, dear.

Okay, well pick how much money you th ink will be saved by imposing draconian restrictions on directors and exposing their personal livelihood to liabilities. You originally said this would save billions or hundreds of billions.

Show this And then I will explain why the cost is greater

So you want me to do a research paper that takes into account efficacy of the law, who and what it is applied to, as well as forecast it's success in preventing similar crimes in the future?

No thanks. You can have this one if that's what you want.

So your burden of proof idea only applies when others are making a claim, not you. Got it. :-bd

No, I'd gladly provide some basic information, but I'm not going to spend my whole day putting together a research paper on a subject I barely care about.

Like I said, go ahead, consider it a "win."
