A comparison is not a name call. You don't have to be like "Hey exploited you sissy bitch." You could instead be like "You know, I had a cokehead boss once who really enjoyed picking on people. He drove a big truck because his dick was so small."
By doing this, you have shared your experience, thus informing a personality, while making a comparison without name-calling.
