I have a female friend who is 26 years old and has a 12 pack she's in such good shape. lifts weights 5 days a week. she's 145, 5'6, ripped.
we went to the gym about a month ago and I warm up benching more than she maxes (150 is what i warm up with, i max about 225-230, im 170 pounds). i squat about 350 pounds she squats about 175. i deadlift 300-310 she deadlifts about 90.
and shes strong as hell to be a woman. shes def stronger than a man that doesn't work out. but she's not a man. the thought that women can be as strong as man is some feminisic shit if i ever heard it lol
doesn't make her worse than I am. she has traits that I don't have. But strength is not one of them.
