Human beings, defined as natural persons.
All laws that pertain to natural persons pertain only to born human beings, unless they say otherwise.
That is why I always refer to a human foetus as being a human entity and not a human being.
if you can provide evidence to the contrary, I'd be pleased to see it.
Until then, please don't provide laws that pertain only to born people to use as argument against abortion.
There is only one natural person involved in abortion and that's the pregnant woman.
(Legal persons refer to non living entities, but we aren't concerned with them.)

Absolutely.
I'm pointing out that foetuses aren't covered by laws that apply to people, so it's therefore pointless using them as a basis to argue against abortion.
