How many times did we try to kill Castro? Right now we have more law enforcement people in Mexico than the Mexicans do... Granada? Nicaragua? Panama?

The Russians are only acting because their about to lose Ukraine as a close ally/ near puppet state, which is something they've never had to contend with before. Especially with the Ukraine becoming pro EU. If Canada suddenly decided it wanted to be bed fellows with Russia or China the US might get pretty annoyed and so something about it.
Russia aren't acting because they're hell bent on world domination. They're acting because they're losing what little influence they've got left.
