Friends but not Facebook Friends?

Is it understandable to be friends with someone, actually pretty good friends with someone, but not be Facebook friends? Assuming it's not a situation where one person doesn't have Facebook or is trying to quit. You both are Facebook users.
Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.

Is it ok to eat macaroni salad with a spoon? I've heard fork but the spoon would hold more
