I have noticed a disturbing shift regarding social-policy among the center left recently, it's becoming rather coercive.

here's how it should be:
-tolerance = hell yes
-acceptance = sure
-participation = optional

Here's what you should be concerned about: the idea that even though science doesn't define what these people are calling "abortion" as so, the only justification they need for this case to be considered is their religious definition--and as we all know, a "religious" definition can mean anything the person pushing it wants it to mean.

Fun examples of really retarded definitions provided by religion:

-An IUD is an abortion device
-Kite-flying is un-Islamic
-Jews eat the blood of Muslim babies
-Jesus supports CCW
-Jesus will protect me from this rattlesnake biting me, which I use during my religious service to honor him

And I point out AGAIN that the same people who are apoplectic about Sharia (i.e., Islamic law) ruining our country are the ones... pushing that we make THEIR religious law the one ruling our country. Just a different religion.

Question: why are employers even sticking their nose in the personal lives of their employees? Since when is their birth control use the business of the employer?

If I'm on meds for diabetes what right does my employer have to know that? They provide the insurance but last time I checked this does not give them access now to my medical history or my sex life.
