Of course he'll lose.. BUT IMO he's probably thinking he has no career left, he'll never get the all-time HR title and even if he did he's never, ever getting into the HoF.. So he's going to go down swinging.

Rodriguez got a a lot of games because of 3 reasons, IMO..

1- overwhelming evidence he did use PED's..

2- he lied many, many times about using them... and IMO maybe the biggest reason----

3- evidence that he and his cronies tried to buy the incriminating records and evidence from Biogenesis so they could destroy it.. AKA, tampering with evidence. I think that really PO'ed MLB, and the arbitrators..

Rodriquez has been constantly saying if this was a court of law trial he'd be found innocent.. Well, if it was and the evidence came out he was trying to destroy evidence he'd be in jail instead of just suspended.

Today Rodriquez filed suit against MLB, that's to be expected..

AND....... AND he filed suit against his own Union, the Players association... LOL... You talk about burning your bridges and a scorched earth policy... Fvck man!!

Well this wasn't the game I expected. Cliff Lee gives up 8 runs in 5 innings and Jimmy Rollins hits a grand slam that contributes to a 13-9 lead in the 7th inning for the Phillies. And our bullpen looks very likely to blow that lead. That last part isn't surprising.
