You take someone shopping for $100 groceries and they pay you $50 or whatever. The other guy gets a massive discount and you get to convert your benefits into money for smokes or whatever.

Before we get off topic any further, let's just note that Obamacare is a success. It will solve all healthcare woes including keeping young adults in their 20's on their parent's plans, expanding the welfare state to include even more people, and subsidizing health insurance rates so the American people can actually afford to sign up on the exchange.
