Roberts made one valid point. Citizens United sort of makes this ruling irrelevant because a rich person can already give unlimited funds to a super PAC which is much more efficient than laundering money through this type of system given in the ruling today.
That's not to say I don't disagree with Roberts position, because I do, but he may be right that nothing will really change due to this ruling thanks to Citizens United.
