Cutting the bad shit out of your diet is really tough at first because you've conditioned yourself to feel hungry even after a full meal if you didn't get a ton of grease and sugar. Takes about 5 days and then you adjust. Right now I've been keeping it healthy for a couple weeks, so granola and yogurt with fruit or a bowl of rice and beans is a filling meal to me, but if I have a burger and fries, suddenly I'm craving a greasy slice of pizza for my next meal or burrito with extra cheese and sour cream. Everyone enjoys an indulgent unhealthy meal now and then. The key is to pull yourself right back into the good routine afterward. Eat garbage for a week straight and it becomes way harder to go back to healthy meals.
