This is a special circumstance. Most expensive closer in the game lets 2 runs score for the tie then walks bases loaded then walks in the winning run. Even if he just gave up a homerun to lose the game or something it wouldn't be like this.

gardy got his 1000th win with the twins today. 6 times he's gone to october, six times he has failed. he's got a record of 1000-950, so at least it's a winning average, but the last three years have seen 95+ losses each and i still think he needs to go. this best be his last chance
