Yes, by going out of our way to be exceptionally friendly to minorities, by granting them lots of preference in government contracts/ admissions, by banning all humor that mentions race we perpetuate racism by acknowledging differences between people on the basis of race. When you tell people the world is this horrible, terrible racist place minorities will start attributing things to racism that have nothing to do with race, ie: didn't get a job, the interviewer must be racist ect.
We should treat minorities in the same way we treat everyone else. We should treat individuals the same regardless of race.
