There is no ONE type of Spanish food, for the country has many different regional cuisines. While Brits mostly eat paella (pronounced improperly) while getting their snow white skin burnt on the Costa del Sol, there is actually a very wide variety of food to be found in Spain. I, personally, think it has some of the best food on the continent, especially in the Basque region. Amazing to be found there and not one paella platter to be found.
