One of the "eye witnesses" who later recanted his testimony was a cab driver whose license they threatened to revoke if he didn't testify that he saw Mumia shoot Faulkner. During an appeal it was clearly shown through crime scene photographs that his cab, which was allegedly parked behind Mumia, was not present during the shooting. Allowing testimony under duress should be banned.
