i know how. it's pretty easy, with little problems. sure, you'll have to deal with a bunch of crazy women crying that doesn't anybody think of the children but you can absorb the losses.

as with any prohibition, the drinking age being so high causes a lot of problems. namely, drinking like a f**k moron as soon as you can, instead of learning responsible drinking from a young age. or using other drugs instead because they are easier to get and conceal. it's time to end this. it's a conservative position that it should be left to the states and the federal government has no business in this. easy win

Marijuana would obvious be the much better issue. It's not hard to get a beer under 21 and the penalties are very lax compared to marijuana. Additionally, you wouldn't just overwhelming win young voters, you would win a bunch of older ones also.
