When I was a teen I could work all kinds of hours and drink most of y'all under the table too on my time off. The shifts aren't the worst deal about the Bakken Field. It's the other shit. Oh ya, forgot to mention...
Safety!!! A town in Canada was blown to hell, train explosion in ND, 2 sites have blown up in WY. Just last week a town here was evacuated due to an explosion, thankfully no injuries, and about 6 months ago a site near where I had worked shortly before went up injuring 4 and sending 2 more out by Life Flight. Lots of younguns without a clue being overworked and not knowing enough to tell their elbows from their assholes in RTW states can be a deadly mix.
If y'all or someone you know is desperate enough to put aside the shifts and safety aspects, go to TX or WY or MT(ya, I'm sticking you with some of these punk asses, Win
) or anyplace other than ND. At least here and in TX you can explore other employment options and maybe even put your educations to work. The Bakken Fields are just a human meat grinder.
