I've been trying to give you a way out, but OK.
When exactly do you rest during your workout? It's possible to do 45 minutes of intense exercise without hydrating (though anyone with a clue would advise against it), but you obviously need to rest between sets. A normal amount of time to rest in between reps in 90 seconds. Let's say you rest for 60 seconds, that means you would need to spend 25 minutes resting during your 45 minute workout. How do you explain this? Are you doing 250 reps in 20 minutes or are you immune to fatigue as well as dehydration?
Who has been skeptical? The people that have asked for Youtube videos and the ones making fun of you. How many thought you weren't clueless? I count zero.
I already explained to you that I don't count lifting when I was little. I'm not sure why you're bringing it up again. Your little brother probably knows that CrossFit is about the stupidest fitness program in existence, something you clearly don't. Your little brother probably knows weight room etiquette, something you clearly don't.
I'm not impressed by your work out; I don't believe you've actually done it. Seeing a routine with 5x5x10 just tells me you don't know what you're doing. It's like someone saying they do 4 hours of exercise per day, it's incredibly likely that they're over training. They certainly aren't going to gain any muscle by doing 3+ hours of cardio per day.
You refuse to show me a workout online, which is full of stupid workouts, that is anything like your own. I can tell you, because I've looked, that the majority of weight lifting forum posts about 5x10 works are followed by recommendations to lower the number of set/reps.
You've doubled down of stupidity. If you're not full of shit, prove it.
