If it's Hillary who knows? She may actually pull out one of those old "liberal" ideals like spending money on OUR country.
If it's Bush/whomever for the GOP, I'd say we should expect another war somewhere.
I think a lot of it has to do with the makeup of Congress and how many seats the dark money PACs/Koch brothers are able to buy.
