What evidence? You haven't said anything other than "California voters made some bad decisions," as if that can't be said about every other state in the country. Meanwhile every potential structural problem you've pointed out already exists in the current system, with the added benefit that nobody trusts the retards to fix them.
There have been 300 or more ballot initiatives in the past decade, and Galt points to ten at most and declares direct democracy a failure. It is absurd.
