What is the damn point of holding on to five... Taliban leaders indefinitely? Better to get something for them then nothing, which is what we WOULD have gotten had we just let them go in a year or two.

This whole "controversy" is 100%, made-up, entirely predictable GOP bullshit. It's their latest Benghazi, pushed to the front because the party exists for nothing now except fabricating scandals and demanding investigations and circle-jerks fantasizing about impeaching Obama, because apparently the new generation feels like they've been denied their chance at the glory hole that the people around for Clinton got, and repealing Obamacare for the 54th time is no longer enough to provide them with an erection.
