People stampeding at the perceived threat of a fiery death is not analogous to religious fanatics murdering innocent people because their fragile beliefs are questioned. The premise that these two situations are even remotely comparable is insane. The only reason yelling fire in a theater is illegal is because fire itself is a reasonable thing to run from.
