..I know your are desperately trying to walk the fine line of placing equal blame on the filmmakers for the acts of violence whilst not looking like you are in favor of limiting speech, but you have failed.
You attributed making a film that crudely mocks Islam to being the same as yelling "fire" in a crowded area. The latter is illegal, so in your opinion making a film that mocks religion must not be free speech and is illegal as well.
That is the only conclusion one can come to after reading your posts. You believe that the video is not a form of free speech, so by hindering its production you're not hindering free speech at large.
If that is not your opinion, then you just outright want to limit something you still see as speech because some might catch feelings and commit violence.
