Yea, the question isn't about order versus no order, but about different styles of order.

Conservatives will tell you it's about order versus no order, but that's because they insist on being absolutists instead of relativists. In reality, there is diversity among human nature.

You can't really have a discussion about ordered society without considering the will of the community. Right or wrong, the community is going to create expectations, those expectations are going to turn into political agendas, and those political agendas are going to turn into laws. Whether or not a given individual's natural state of being falls outside of those laws has as much to do with their own ability to operate within a given community as it does whether or not the society that has developed from the community is ordered and / or just.
