Yea, online classes are just as good as the physical ones. The problem is their degrees are worthless, which makes the online courses worthless as well. If you want to learn you can do it for free, you have the internet. But enrolling in a degree is to get a useful degree, which no online program offers.
They will be these future. Harvard is spending big bucks to develop platforms and partnerships and is at the leading edge of the industry. It's pretty apparent it will skew the education model though. Already 10k foreigners take and pass a wide array of Harvard courses online. Same material same lectures etc. but they don't get real degrees. I actually think online classes expose how useless most of what you learn in school or class really is.
