The main reason that it needs a bail out is the current governments austerity. It's no wonder no one trusts the cons with the NHS they're constantly trying to f***k it up.
On a side note, if you find a UK article please get it from another source. While this story is in most news outlets getting it from the daily mail is a bit like getting it from fox.
