Saying the sport of Baseball is inferior because hitting a ball is really WEALLY hard is absolutely retarded. A catcher and picture burn more calories than the entire team combined in a single match. Great, 2 people are exercising and the rest are getting paid to catch a ball once or twice and scratch their nuts. I'm ok with baseball being a sport, but its boring as f**k to watch on tv and its too damn long to watch too. Even being there is boring, I had to get wasted just to pass the time.

The other issue you're not taking into account is that you have to do all of this will exercising wise swing selection. A goalie can just reach out and try to block anything coming in his general direction. There's no penalty for trying to block a puck that wouldn't have gone in anyway. Baseball players have to determine if a pitch is a strike or a ball in about 2 milliseconds.

Started this thread thinking Coulter is typically being a moron, espousing one game as inferior to others. Then read the thread and watched everyone else hypocritically do exactly the same or worse.

They're all just silly games involving moving balls (or some analogue of a ball) around. None are superior. None are inferior. Its entirely up to the audience to decide what their preference is, while they sit on the couch and watch the ball move around.
