You don't have me on ignore but you have stopped responding to my posts and I don't blame you because they expose your hypocrisy in a way that you're simply unable to counter. That doesn't mean I won't keep pointing your hypocrisy out though.

OK, I've seemed to derail my own point. Let's forget I said anything about Snowden. We've been there, done that. I still think I'm right (and I know you think I'm wrong), but we can discuss in the other thread about it.

Back to the issue at hand. The Constitution clearly states that the Pres may not do what he did. He said that he could, and Congress disagreed. Then, the SCOTUS disagreed. Under our laws, whenever there is a disagreement among the branches of government, 2 always trumps the 1.
