This USSC is a f'ing joke because every ruling comes down to idealogical lines..
But this particular ruling is really very narrow.. It only affects the Federal law, and I think about 30 states have state laws that require employers who offer prescription coverage for their employees that they also have to cover prescription contraceptives.. It also doesn't apply to publicly traded companies...
But the fact that a Supreme Court, ANY Supreme Court, even this messed up one says that a for profit company has 'religious rights', is very strange..
This USSC is so pro-business it is a little scary..
