I didn't even think the Court was going to make a decision, but any decision it made was obviously going to be unanimous because their decision was rendered moot. Also, I was correct in that they wouldn't vacate previous ruling by the NRLB board.

nuclear option literally has nothing to do with the question. the question was, can the president decide what is or is not a session of congress? the reasons for why he decided to break the law are irrelevant.

Let me clarify, I specifically said I would be my account against yours that the ruling wouldn't be 7-2 or higher. You never took that bet, you were chicken. I never bet my account that the recess appointments would be found unconstitutional.

I did say I'd bet that they would be found constitutional in general, but no bet was ever laid out.
