I think this is a really problematic ruling, since it puts the religious beliefs of a few owners over the legal rights of thousands of employees. It's not hard to imagine just how badly that could go, if you consider some of the arcane rules of the main religions.
The obvious followup will be for one of these companies to sue over workplace non-discrimination laws, and argue that their sincerely held beliefs require them to discriminate against women/homosexuals/atheists/blacks/heretics etc. And if the conservative justices are consistent, they would have to rule in favor of such a lawsuit.
