The rights given to Hobby Lobby were rights already held by non-profit religious organizations and businesses. Why should the fact that your business makes a profit exclude you from having the right to not participate in things that go against your personal views?

Because they aren't a religious corporation. The primary goal is not religion or the propagation of religion. Which is why three quarters of their retirement plan portfolio is invested in companies that produce IUDs and provide abortion services.
