As pro-choice as I am, I do share views with Ex and Menson as well. Abortion should be legal and available to women, but it should not be a first option like IMO it is being d looked as to in the US. European countries are extremely pro-choice, yet the number of abortions per 1000 women in their child-bearing years is considerably lower than in this country. We need to educate young women, and men, of the responsibilities of having sex. Yes, sex is awesome and an important part of a healthy existence, there however are real consequences of engaging in it, experiences that everyone here knows that I have been through personally. Educating young adults on sexual reproduction, etc. without also educating them on the real life consequences of becoming or getting someone pregnant is setting them up for failure.
