I'm okay with not legalizing hard drugs (pot should be legal), but I don't believe we should be incarcerating drug users in prisons and target them the way they have.

If there is a gov't solution, it should be via rehabilitation, not locking them up with violent criminals.

Well things like Toxoplasma Gondii are already altering the personalities of a large percentage of the population.

Maybe we are sick and don't know it and the drug you describe is just making us well? If there is no negative effect and it resolves social conflicts on a large scale whose to say it isn't objectively better? Just because something is how it naturally occurred doesn't mean it's better than something arrived at by technological means.

Maybe the statement "better living through chemistry" is not just a trite bit of sarcastic humor.
