Because corporations are people it's the government's job to make sure they're not murdered/going bankrupted. This means keeping them on life support if necessary.
Also since corporations are people, the government cannot deny any attempts to incorporate since that would be a forced abortion on the government's part. This is assuming that it begins at the moment of conception.

While that certainly sounds like a potential option, there's still that nagging problem of corporations are people. People who now can even have religious beliefs that must be respected!
So why do some people have to pay taxes in this country and not others?
