Israel doesn't want that cause they'll pass Jewish Israelis in population eventually. Ultimately there is a conflict when you're trying to maintain a liberal democracy but simultaneously require certain demographics to be the clear majority of the population.

As mentioned earlier, Israel won't go for that, because they want to preserve Israel as a Jewish state, and because they would rightly fear the security risk of Palestinians given full access to Israel.

that is about deporting people and forced transfers and isreal is not in violation of it. further even if they were who claims it? no palestinain state exists sothe article does not apply as that applies to sovereign states. so what is it, no man's land? technically if you wanna be all legal about it its isreals under LoN mandates from the 20s. they took the land back in a defensive war. clearly isreal is in charge of it, its theirs, and it's not illegal

It is indicative of what is ultimately more negative effects due to the moral schizophrenia engendered by neoliberalism (humane imperialism?)? The situation in Gaza is monstrous, even though the reasoning behind everything was to be humane to Palestinians.
