i dunno, i mean, isreal signed peace with the last owner of it who gave up all claim to it in 94 http://www.kinghussein.gov.jo/peacetreaty.html . article 3 of that treaty clearly said jordan gave up all claim to the west bank and established what the border was between isreal and jordan. as such, isreal can't be an occupying power because the nation they had been occupying doesn't exist as a rightful soviergn. if anything israel is being generous in how it allows separatists to move towards their own new state

well in the hitory of forever, occupied territories have been one person occupying another's. it's either isreal are occupying jordan's territory (of which jordan has no claim, peace has been reached, and horan has declared the west bank to be within isreal's borders) OR palestinian rebels are occupying parts of isreal. isreal cannot possibly be occupying palestinaian rebel lands because palestine doesn't and has not existed as a state, as in its physically impossible to occupy the space of something that doesn't exist

And yet again you ignore the fact that Israel's own High Court of Justice states it is an occupying power, as well as the fact that the Security Council, main arbiter of international law, agrees with me.
